Description
An English gin, and one of very few that are created from scratch. This gin is made using rare varieties of apples from the Williams Chase 300 acre orchard, alongside other botanicals such as elderflower, hops, juniper, bramley apple, and secret wild botanicals from their meadow. Fresh aromas of juniper, citrus and spice are followed by warm spice and earthy undertones.
Perfectly served with; Indian or Mediterranean tonic
