Description
Created in a London Dry style, however the gin is noticeably softer and brighter due to its unique cold distillation method. It has a tart aftertaste, and is a great mixer that has the aromas and flavours of juniper, meadowsweet, angelica, coriander, orris, cassia, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom and notes of zesty citrus fruit peels.
Perfectly served with; Elderflower tonic water or Indian tonic water
Garnish: Cucumber or grapefruit slice
