Description
A slightly different twist on a classic sloe gin, this gin is created using the Zymurgorium distillers own vodka, which they then distill to create their gin and then add copious amounts of locally foraged sloe berries. With less sugar than you would usually expect from a sloe gin, the result is a bottling of 40% abv
Perfectly served with; Indian tonic water
