Description
A unique twist on their Rhubarb and Liquorice Yorkshire dry gin. By using the cold, vacuum rotary process to distill their gin rather than cooking the botanicals, they’ve managed to create a wonderfully clear gin of which the strawberries and cream just gently sit on the palate. A beautiful gin with a subtle hint of summer.
