Description
The name of the gin deriving from the 1736 Gin Act when a £50 tax was levied on anyone wanting to distill and produce gin. This superbly dry gin has a tart aftertaste, although the recipe is a closely kept secret, the botanicals are not, these include juniper, angelica, coriander, liquorice, orange & lemon peel, savory and grains of paradise.
Perfectly served with; Indian tonic water
