Featuring an intricate recipe and 30 botanicals, all grown locally on the German estate of which it is made. Included in the mix is lavender, lemon thyme, juniper, sloe, rosehip, hop blossom and rose just to name a few, the creators have then added a fruity, semi-sweet riesling, resulting in subtle juniper and the floral and rose notes coming to the fore.
