A Fair Trade certified gin from France. As the name suggests is a classic punchy juniper heavy gin, with notes of cardamom and grains of paradise creating a slight spice to the gin.
Fair pays 15% above the market price for it’s products and gives back 2.5% of its turnover to the farmers
Perfectly served with; Mediterranean tonic water
Garnish: Rosemary and lemon peel.
