St Andrews take on a classic London dry gin, made using Seabuckthorn berries, a superfood that grows wild just a stones throw from the distillery. The unique tart berry is well balanced using citrus elements such as lemon balm. To taste is Seabuckthorn tartness alongside grapefruit, it is clean and smooth with notes of pink pepper.
